How do the Rollbody rollers work?
The Rollbody rollers work by improving blood and lymphatic flow, promoting a repair response in your tissues, stimulating collagen production, lifting the skin, and minimizing fine lines. Massaging the muscles also offers pain relief by interrupting the pain signals sent to the brain.

How quickly can we see results?
The Look delivers visible results within 2-3 weeks, however, results may vary based on how often you roll. For best results, we recommend to use your roller minimum 3 times a week.
The Move roller delivers instant benefits, including improved circulation, reduced puffiness, and muscle relaxation after just one use. For long-term benefits, keep rolling regularly 3-4 times a week, the results will build up over time.
How long will results last?

How to use the rollers?
Use a moderate pressure to the targeted area with a combination of long and short rolling movements in various directions to effectively massage the skin tissue and muscles on your face and body.
Repeat every motion 6 to 20 times.

How often use the rollers?
Facial exercises:
For best results, we recommend to use your roller minimum 3 times a week. The more you incorporate the roller into your regular skin routine, the more you can transform the way you look and feel.
Our Tip is to use the roller in the morning to wake up the skin, to achieve an all-day radiant look and to help with morning puffiness.
You can put the roller in the fridge (not in the freezer) for a few minutes for a cooling effect.
Body massage:
You can use the roller multiple times a day based on your needs or physical activities. The frequency of use will depend on your skin type and your tolerance for the method. By frequent use of the roller you will achieve pain relief, speed up healing process, reduce swelling and encourage skin elasticity.
How much pressure should I apply?
Apply light to moderate pressure, letting the roller to move smoothly over your skin without discomfort. Adjust the pressure based on your comfort level, gentle for sensitive areas and firmer for deeper muscle relief. If you experience pain or irritation, lighten the pressure.
What age is best to start using the rollers?
You can start using rollers any age, but for skincare benefits, it's typically introduced in the 20s. If you're active in sports or experience muscle tension, you can use it even earlier for relief and circulation support.
Are the rollers suitable for sensitive skin?
Our rollers are suitable for all types of skin. For sensitive skin, it's best to use a gentle touch and minimize friction.
We advise to avoid using the rollers on irritations, breakouts, open wounds or raised scars. If you’ve recently received any fillers or Botox, wait two weeks or talk to your doctor. If skin irritation occurs, please discontinue use and see your skin care professional.
What products use during a massage?
The roller can be used with any cream, serum or oil to enhance smooth application on the skin.
How to take care of the rollers?
After each use, wipe the roller with a damp cloth or wash with soapy warm water. Do not use any aggressive chemicals for cleaning, they can damage the roller itself. Store on its stand or in its pouch.
We do not recommend using the roller in a sauna, hot tub or pool.
Will cosmetic wear affect functionality of the rollers?
Cosmetic wear and superficial marks won’t affect operational integrity and performance of rollers.
Can it be painful?
Is completely normal to feel some discomfort. Our Roller is designed to feel good on the face and body. You are totally in control of the pressure.
Overdoing the pressure can cause irritation, redness, and even broken capillaries. You could also be sore and tender afterward. These effects usually go away fast.
I dropped my roller and it broke, can you send a replacement?
We recommend storing your roller in its case or stand when not in use to protect it from accidental damage or breakage.
Unfortunately, Rollbody is not responsible for covering any compensation in the event of accidental damage.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We are shipping worldwide. (With the exception of a few countries due to import restrictions.)
Do you offer free shipping?
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery for all orders over $100 in the United States and $125 in Canada (pre-tax and shipping costs).
When will my order arrive?
All orders, are processed within 1-5 business days. The shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping service you choose. All options with costs and delivery times will be available at checkout once a shipping address has been entered.
Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email/phone will be updated and given an estimated arrival date for your package. Please note it may take 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated by the shipper.
Are tax and duties included?
Unfortunately no, international orders will likely incur customs and duties taxes. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over this and cannot avoid these fees. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
How do I cancel or edit my order?
Please contact as soon as possible. support@rollbody.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?
Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout and we are not able to provide refunds on orders shipped to the address provided at checkout.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
Please note Rollbody is not responsible for any loss or damages of the products shipped from Rollbody to the delivery address.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Rollbody is not responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty or indemnity, and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling the order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@rollbody.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
If 14 days have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Any item not in its original condition will not be eligible for return. Kindly Note: Returns for opened packages are at the discretion of Rollbody.
What is your return policy on domestic orders?
We offer a 14-day guarantee on all of our products. If you didn’t love a Rollbody product for any reason, please email us at support@rollbody.com. We are happy to issue an exchange or refund for products returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
We are unable to refund shipping charges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
What is your return policy on international orders?

You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Duty must be pre-paid for returns. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns.
Please note that customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and any applicable customs fees.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be received by warehouse.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your request is approve, refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Are shipping and duty charges refundable?
We are unable to refund shipping / duty charges.
Please note that customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and any applicable customs fees.
