RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you didn’t love a Rollbody products for any reason, please email us at support@rollbody.com.  We are happy to issue an exchange or refund for products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. 


We are unable to refund shipping / duty charges.


How do I start a return?

We are unable to accept any returns past 30 days.



Any item not in its original condition will not be eligible for return. 



We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.


Please note, we are unable to accept returns on apparel.


How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be received by warehouse. 


How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is processed, we will issue your refund right away, however depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
