Each address you choose to ship to is considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping and handling fees. Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during checkout. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including the apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if applicable.

Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.

All orders will be shipped using best shipping method depending on the shipping chosen at checkout. All orders will be tracked. Tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered will be shipped again at the customer’s expense or cancelled.

Delivery times will vary according to the delivery address and may take up to 3-9 business days once your order has been processed. Orders are typically processed in 2 business days.

Rollbody is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from Rollbody or its agents’ facilities to the delivery address.

Rollbody is also not responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty or indemnity, and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling the order.
